Reminder: Come learn from our social worker, Allison, tonight during conferences. She will be presenting "intentional parenting techniques" at 4:30 and "responding to children's big emotions" at 5:30. Both presentations will be 30 minutes long in the elementary cafeteria.

This week is parent-teacher conferences for grades K-12. The schedule for the week is as follows:
Monday: 1-hour early out, conferences 3-8
Tuesday: 1-hour early out, conferences 3-8
Wednesday: 1-hour early out as normal
Thursday: normal schedule
Friday: NO SCHOOL

At the home football game this Friday October 25th, FCCLA will be hosting a donation drive for the Ronald McDonald House! Items needed include paper products, personal hygiene products, trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning products, and aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and sandwich bags. A box to place these items in will be located by the concessions stand. Any and all unused items are welcome! FCCLA will also be hosting a miracle minute to raise money for the Ronald McDonald house, so be sure to keep an ear out for an announcement during the game!

PTCO Family Movie Night is tomorrow (Friday) in the cafeteria. Doors open at 5:30, Movie at 6:00. Concessions available for purchase. $3 meal deal includes hot dog, chips, cookie and drink. Parent/Guardian must attend with child. Costumes are optional!! See you there!

There will be NO school for students on Monday, October 14th. This is a professional development day for teachers.

Last week, third grade students participated in a Math Rodeo as a learning reward for their hard work during chapter 1! Students put their skills to the test competing in events like hula hoop roping, chicken races, stick horse relay, and more. Big thank you to our volunteers!
